Dave Warkentin

President and Chief Executive Officer

Dave Warkentin was appointed the position of President & Chief Executive Officer of SmarTire Systems in October 2006 and brings to the company over 25 years of sales and management experience in the Electronics and High-Technology industries. Mr. Warkentin joined SmarTire in August 2005 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was responsible for all worldwide Sales and Marketing activities. During his 25 year career, Mr. Warkentin has held various sales management roles across Canada where he was responsible for the selling and promotion of wireless cellular and radio based technological products.

Mr. Warkentin has also founded two wireless communication system businesses and most recently served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Silent Witness Enterprises, a manufacturer of security related products. Mr. Warkentin holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from the University of Toronto.

Jeff Finkelstein

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Finkelstein was formally appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer in October 2002. He is responsible for all financial and related functions for SmarTire including finance, treasury, accounting, taxation, legal, management information systems and administration.

Mr. Finkelstein was originally hired as Controller of SmarTire in 1999. He was promoted to Acting Chief Financial Officer in May 2002 and was formally appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer in October 2002. He is a Canadian Chartered Accountant with 18 years of experience including nine years working with Bulletin Board, Nasdaq and Toronto Stock Exchange listed companies. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (honors) degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba.

Shawn Lammers

Vice President, Engineering

Mr. Lammers is a professional engineer, with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of British Columbia, specializing in computer engineering. He has developed software for MS-DOS, Windows, UNIX Workstations and Amiga platforms. Mr. Lammers has been with the Company since its inception and is responsible for the development of the patented remote sensing technology utilized in SmarTire's products. He has been the chief engineer in respect to the design, development and production of the Company's passenger car tire monitoring system, the commercial vehicle tire monitoring system and the industrial equipment tire monitoring systems.

Greg Tooke

Vice President, Product & Supply Chain

Greg Tooke was appointed to the position of Vice President, Product & Supply Chain of SmarTire Systems in May 2007 and brings to the company over 15 years of product and program management experience in the Transportation and High-Technology industries. Mr. Tooke joined SmarTire in September 1998 as the European Technical Manager based in the UK, and was responsible for all customer and product integration activities. During his career, Mr. Tooke has held various product and business development roles dealing with vehicle manufacturers and their suppliers globally.

Mr. Tooke most recently served as Director of Business & Product Development within SmarTire and has been integral in defining the company's current SmartWave product and market strategy. Mr. Tooke holds an MBA from the Open University Business School in the UK.
